   United Square Dancers of America Founders Memorial Youth Scholarship

  • Merit-based scholarship for active square, round, contra or clog dancers
  • Have a record of volunteer service in square dancing or other school, sporting or social organizations including church
  • Have outstanding leadership potential and communication skills
  • Be an active dancer and member of an affiliated club
  • High school senior or college freshman planning to continue your education
  • Be committed to the promotion and perpetuation of the total square dance movement
  • April 1st deadline

  • For California residents only
  • Educational scholarship for youth square dancers (up to age 21) pursuing post-secondary education 
  • Must be an Affiliate club member 
  • Up to $750
